Spencer C. Doty a Commissioner of Florida in New York came Edward
Clark who is personally known to me to be the President of "The Singer Manufactur=
ing Company" the corporation named in the within instrument who being by
me duly sworn did depose and say that he resides at Cooperstown in the 
State of New York that he is the President of the said corporation that he
knows the corporate seal of said corporation that the seal to the foregoing
instrument is such corporate seal and was affixed thereto by him by order
of the Trustees of said Corporation ant that he executed and delivered said
instrument as such President by like authority and as the act of said company
and that the same should be recorded. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto

    Mrs Sarah A. Stringfellow To J.D. Stringfellow
                      Deed
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Mrs Sarah A. Stringfellow
Alachua County   } of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of
the sum of One Hundred dollars to me in hand paid by J.D. Stringfellow of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said J.D. Stringfellow
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and 
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known
and described as follows to wit: Beginning at a Stake on the line dividing
Section Thirty Two (32) in Township nine (9) South Range Nineteen (19) East
from Section Five (5) in Township Ten (10) South Range Nineteen (19) East which
said Stake is located Twenty (20) chains West of the North East corner of 
said section Five (5) and running thence South Ten (10) chains to a Stake
Thence West Fifteen chains thence North Ten (10) chains to a stake on the
line dividing the above mentioned Sections Thence continuing North
Ten (10) chains; Thence East fifteen (15) chains; Thence South Ten (10) chains
to the point of beginning containing by estimation Thirty (30) acres of
land more or less Together with all and Singular the tenements heredit=
aments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertain=
ing. To Have and Hold the same unto him the said J.D. Stringfellow 
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and
absolute. And I the said S.A. Stringfellow do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said J.D. Stringfellow that I am lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and that I have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same, that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
