State of Florida } Whereas under and by virtue of a Decree of Foreclosure
Alachua County } of Mortgage granted by Honorable James B. Dawkins Judge
of the Circuit Court of Florida 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Alachua
County at Chambers on the 2nd day of February AD 1882 and by virtue of
an order of the said Judge of the said Court granted at Chambers on the
16th day of March AD 1882 and to me directed in a certain cause wherein
E.D. Hodges was complainant and J.W. Turner Sheriff and ex officio
administrator on the estates respectively of Asa Clark Senior John E. Clark
and Jane A. Clark Each deceased & Atlanta Blitch Jerry Blitch E.S.
Gunnell Susan Gunnell Alexander Clark Samuel Clark and
Thomas Clark and Asa Clark Junior were defendants I Aaron J.
DaCosta as Special Elisor duly and legally appointed by order
of Honorable James B. Dawkins Judge of said County at Chambers
on the 16th day of March AD 1882 to levy upon and sell the
property hereinafter set forth have pursuant to said order duly and
legally levied upon the property hereinafter described and under
and by virtue of said decree of Foreclosure and said order of
appointment aforesaid have duly advertised the said property
for sale on the 5th day of June AD 1882 according to law. And
whereas on said 5th day of June AD 1882 I did as Special Elisor
as aforesaid duly sell the said property hereinafter described
under and by virtue of the said decree of Foreclosure and of said
order of appointment at public out cry before the Court House
door in the Town of Gainesville in Alachua County Florida
and Whereas at said sale N.D. Phillips became the purchaser
of the said property hereinafter described at and for the sum of
One Hundred Dollars that being the highest best and last sum bid
for the same at said sale and he the said N.D. Phillips being
the bidder thereof. Now therefore know all men by these presents
that the said Aron J. DaCosta as such Special Elisor as aforesaid
under and by virtue of the said Decree of Foreclosure and under
and by virtue of the levy advertisement and sale made thereunder
and for and in consideration of the said sum of One Hundred Dollars
to me as Special Elisor as aforesaid cash in hand on this day paid
by the said N.D. Phillips the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold transferred aliened and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm
unto him the said N.D. Phillips and to his heirs and assigns the
