following described property to wit: - All that lot or parcel of land
situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and better known and described as follows to wit:-The
South half of the South West quarter and the North East quarter
of the South West quarter and South half of South East
quarter and the North East quarter of the South East quarter
of Section Thirty Two in Township Seven Range Twenty S & E
containing Four Hundred and Forty acres more or less Together
with all and singular the rights tenements and hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise apper=
taining To Have and to hold the said described premises unto
him the said N.D. Phillips and to his heirs executors adminis=
trators and assigns forever in fee simple absolute as fully as
I the said Aaron J. DaCosta as Special Elisor as aforesaid
am lawfully authorized and empowered to do In Witness Whereof

"Deed"
State of North Carolina } Whereas Nathan Spencer late of Alachua
County of Randolph } County Florida deceased during his life time
executed to Isaac Green a bond for title for the following
described Lot of land to wit: Lot Eight (8) of Section Six (6) of Township
Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) lying and being in Alachua County
and State of Florida and containing Five acres and whereas
Isaac Green has transferred to George K. Broome all his interest
in said Bond and whereas there is now due and unpaid on
said Bond for title the sum of Sixty Eight 55/100 dollars and
whereas under the last will and testament of Nathan Spencer we
