second part his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
in fee simple absolute, and the said parties of the first part do hereby
covenant and agree with the said party of the second part that they have
good right and sufficient title to convey the said premises. And the 
said parties of the first part do by these presents for themselves their
heirs executors and administrators warrant and agree to forever defend
the title of the said property in and to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns against all and every person or persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same. In testimony

purposes therein set forth and the said Mrs E.C. Snowden upon being
examined by me separate and apart from her husband acknowledged that
she made herself a party to the said deed for the express purpose of
renouncing relinquishing and extinguishing all her dower or right
of dower in and to the property in the said deed described and conveyed
and that she did the same freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
