Spencer aforesaid and James W. Spencer were duly appointed executors
under the said Last Will and Testament aforesaid Now therefore know all
men by these presents that we Sarah Kearns formerly Sarah Spencer and
James W. Spencer as Executors under the last Will and Testament of
Nathan Spencer late of said Alachua County State of Florida deceased
for and in consideration of the said sum of Sixty Eight 50/100 Dollars to us
in hand paid and under and by virtue of the Statute in such
case made and provided have bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto George K.
Broome of the City of Gainesville County of Alachua and State of
Florida the following described piece parcel or tract of land to wit: Lot
Eight (8) of Section Six (6) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) S & E in
the Arredondo Grant the same being a subdivision as made by the said
Nathan Spencer aforesaid during his life time and containing Five
(5) acres of land. Together with all and singular the tenements heredita=
ments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining To have and To Hold the same unto him the said George
K. Broome his heirs and assigns in fee simple absolute forever and
we the said Sarah Kearns formerly Sarah Spencer and James W.
Spencer as Executors aforesaid do hereby warrant and defend
the title to the lands above granted and described as fully
and effectually as we could do as said Executors aforesaid. In
Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals
on this the 29th day of May AD 1882

Court personally came Sarah Kearns formerly Sarah Spencer
and James W. Spencer who acknowledged before me that they and
each of them did as executors of the last will and testament of
Nathan Spencer late of Alachua County Florida deceased sign seal
execute and deliver the foregoing deed of conveyance to George K.
Broome for the uses and purposes and considerations therein
contained and expressed
