section line Fifteen chains to the intersection of the Northern
boundary line of the Gary Grant thence North Forty eight
degrees East along the line of said Grant Ten chains thence North
thirty degrees west Twelve chains to a point forty feet from the
center of said Rail road track thence in a South westerly direction
along a line parallel and forty feet from the center of said Rail
Road track to the point of beginning containing by estimation six
and Half acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining To Have and Hold the same
unto him the said John Campbell and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute. And we
the said John W. Turner and J.C. Turner do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said John Campbell that we are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same that the same is free from all encumbrances of
any kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the
same unto him the said John Campbell and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have

AD 1882 before me personally appeared Mrs J.C. Turner
wife of John W. Turner the grantor in the foregoing conveyance
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before
me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the
purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of
her right of Dower in and to the land in said deed described
and that said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done
and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband
