Francis T. Colby To James Goggin
"Quit Claim Deed"
This Indenture Witnesseth that the Grantor Francis T. Colby a bachelor
of the City of Chicago in the County Cook and State of Illinois of the
consideration of One Dollar conveys and Quit Claims to James Goggin of the
City of Chicago County of Cook and State of Illinois all interest in
the following Real Estate to wit Being in the township of Gainesville
Commencing at the north west corner of the land formerly owned
by G.S. Voyle Esq running thence south ten (10) chains thence west Six
(6) chains and Seventy five (75) links to the place of beginning lying
and being in the north half of section four (4) township ten (10) South
of range Twenty East Situated in the County of Alachua in the State
of Illinois hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of this State. Dated this
third (3rd) day of May AD 1882
