Benjamin P. Boulware To Marshal Seigler
"Deed"
State of Florida } Know All men by these presents that I Benjamin
Alachua County } P. Boulware and my wife Sarah M. Boulware of the
aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of five
dollars to them in hand paid by Marshal Seigler of the County of
Putnam in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowle=
dge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Marshal Seigler all of that
certain lot piece or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit: (N1/2 of SW1/4) North half of South West quarter, the (SW1/4
of NW1/4) South West quarter of the North West quarter of Section (21)
twenty one and (SE1/4 of NE1/4) South East quarter of North East
quarter of Section (20) Twenty Township (9) nine South of Range (22)
Twenty two East containing by estimation 159 17/100 acres of land more
or less. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertain=
ing To Have and Hold the same unto the said Marshal Seigler
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
and absolute and we the said Benjamin P. Boulware and
S.M. Boulware do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said Marshal Seigler that we are lawfull seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed; and that we have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same
is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that
we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend the same unto the said Marshall
Seigler and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness
Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this
2nd day of February AD 1882

Alachua County } I hereby Certify that on this 2nd day of February
AD 1882 before me personally appeared Mrs Sarah M. Boulware
wife of Benjamin P. Boulware the grantor in the foregoing conveyance
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me
that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose
or releasing relinquishing and announcing all of her right of
Dower in and to the land in said deed described and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done and made by
her freely voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
