      James D. Matheson and wife To William S. Perry
                            "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we James D. Matheson
Alachua County   } and A.S. Matheson of the aforesaid County and State for
and in consideration of the sum of Six Hundred & Fifty dollars to us in
hand paid by William S. Perry of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto him the said William S. Perry all of
that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the North East
corner of Section Twenty eight (28) in Township Ten (10) South Range
Twenty one (21) East and running thence West forty (40) chains Thence
South Thirty two (32) chains and fifty (50) Links Thence East forty (40)
chains to the Eastern boundary line of said section. Thence North
along said section line Thirty Two (32) chains and Fifty (50) links to
the point of beginning the same being a portion of the North East
Quarter of said Section Twenty eight (28) in Township Ten (10) South
Range Twenty one (21) East; and containing by estimation 130 acres
of land more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining. To Have and Hold the same unto him the
William S. Perry and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple and absolute And we the said
James D. Matheson and A.S. Matheson do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said William S. Perry that we are lawfully
