certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the said State & County and
known and described as follows; Commencing at the North West corner
of Section Twenty-six (26) and running South Seventy (70) feet to a
Stake thence South thirty eight (38) degrees thirty (30) minutes E 440
feet thence south 32 degrees 30 minutes E Three hundred & twenty-two
322 feet thence South 40 degrees E 514 feet to a Stake said Stake
being the North Eastern boundary of the lands hereby conveyed
Running South 44 degrees 45 minutes E 800 feet; thence South 49
degrees E. 500 feet; thence South 57 degrees E 500 feet to a Stake
thence South 43 degrees West 275 feet to a Stake; thence North 44
degrees 45 minutes West 1925 to a Stake thence North 45 degrees
15 minutes E 680 feet to the point of beginning containing in all
thirty one acres the same being a fractional part of the West half
of section Twenty-six (26) Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20)
East, Together with all and singular the rights members privileges
advantages and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining and also all the estate right title interest claim and
demand whatsoever of the said minors Thomas B. & Martha P. Lewis as
aforesaid To Have and To Hold the above granted and described premises 
and every part and parcel thereof unto the said party of the second
part his heirs Executors & Administrators to his and their own proper use
benefit and behoof forever. And the said Joanna P. Lewis as Trustee
as aforesaid the above granted and described premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns against the said
minors as aforesaid their heirs and assigns and against all and
every person & persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim
the same shall and will warrant & by these presents forever
