"Deed"
State of Florida
Alachua County Know all men by these presents that we Laura L. Dell
& John B. Dell her husband and Penelope L. Standley heirs
at Law of John B. Standley deceased all of the aforesaid County & State for
and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar to us Cash in hand paid
by Elizabeth Varnadore of the same place as well as in consideration of
the premises contained in the warranty Deed made by James W. Standley
& wife to the said Elizabeth Varnadore have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain sell convey and forever
quit claim unto her the said Elizabeth Varnadore & to her heirs and assigns
the following lands situated lying & being in the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida and Known & distinguished as follows to wit. The W 1/2
of SW 1/4 E 1/2 of SW 1/4 and SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 section 18 containing 200 acres; S1/2
of NE 1/4 SE 1/4 and E 1/2 of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 17, containing 80 acres;
SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 and the N 1/2 of NW 1/4 of Section 20
containing 160 acres E 1/2 and Lots Numbers (1) one and (4) four
of section 30 containing 480 acres N 1/2 of NE 1/4 of Section 31 contain 80
acres and NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 29 containing 40 acres all of said
lands lying and being in Township 8 South of Range 18 East
containing by estimation (1400) Fourteen Hundred Acres more or less
Together with all and singular the rights tenements and hereditaments
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold
the said bargained premises unto her the said Elizabeth Varnadore
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns forever in fee
simple absolute. In witness whereof the said Laura L. Dell and
Jno.B. Dell her husband & Penelope L. Standley have hereunto set their
hands & Seals on this day-- of April AD 1882

P.L. Standley (widow) sign seal & deliver the above & foregoing Deed of
conveyance and that Deponent and Mattie Robinson signed the same
at same time & place in the presence of each other as subscribing
witnesses thereto
