      Elizabeth Varnadore To G.D. & E.G. Younglove
                      "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we
Alachua County   } Elizabeth Varnadore & L. Varnadore her husband
of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of
the sum of Four Hundred to them in hand paid by G.D. Young
love and E.G. Younglove of the county of Alachua in the State
of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents to grant bargain
sell and convey unto them the said G.D. Younglove & E.G. Younglove
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying
and being in the county of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: The West Half
of North West quarter of Section Twenty; East half of South West (SW)
quarter of Section Eighteen (18) and South East quarter of North West
quarter of Section Eighteen (18) all in Township Eight (8) South of
Range Eighteen (18) East containing by estimation 200 acres of land
more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditam=
ents and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To Have and Hold the same unto them the said G.D.
Younglove and E.G. Younglove and to their heirs executors adminis=
trators and assigns in fee simple and absolute And we the said 
Elizabeth Varnadore and L. Varnadore do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said G.D. Younglove and E.G. Younglove that we are
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
