of section (32) thirty two Township (11) Eleven Range (20) twenty containing
fifty (50) acres more or less and bounded as follows: commencing at the
half mile stake on the Southern boundary line of said section
running thence North Sixteen (16) chains: thence West thirty one (31)
chains to Ledwiths prairie thence South Sixteen (16) chains to the
western boundary line of said Section thence East on said section line
to point of beginning. To have and to hold the same together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining forever in fee: In trust nevertheless
to the said Pierce S. Bauknight to and for the use benefit and behoof
of the heirs of the body of the said Pierce S. Bauknight now living or
which may hereafter be born to him in lawful wedlock in equal
shares share and share alike. And for the consideration aforesaid
I Barbara Ann Bauknight wife of the said A. Irvine Bauknight do
hereby release and quit claim unto the said Pierce S. Bauknight
and his successors in the trust as aforesaid all my right claim
or possibility of dower in or out of the aforedescribed premises

relinquishment and renunciation of dower in the above deed is made
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
