Estate of Amelia Haile deceased of the County and State aforesaid for and
in consideration of the sum of two hundred & forty to me in hand paid
by Anthony Buchanan the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have this
day bargained sold aliened released and conveyed and by these presents do
bargain sell release and convey unto the said of the County and State
aforesaid the following described tract or parcel of Land lying and being
in said County and State Beginning at the NE Corner of David Buchanan
tract Running N 150 37/100 chains to a Stake Thence West 40 chains thence
150 37/100 Chains to a Stake thence East 40 chains to the point of
beginning I do hereby bind myself my heirs assigns and adminis=
trators to warrat and forever defend the titles of the above described
premises unto the said Anthony Buchanan his heirs and assigns
against all persons or person lawfully claiming or to claim in fee simple
