the point of beginning containing 50 acres more or less I do hereby
bind myself my heirs assignies and administrators to warrent and
forever defend the title of the above described premises unto the
said Edwd Tucker his heirs and assigns against all persons or person

                 "Deed"
State of Florida  }  Know all men by these presents that I B.S.
Alachua County    }  Foster (Bachelor) of the Aforesaid County and State
for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred dollars
to him in hand paid by Maximilian D. Berlitz & Emile Dubois
of the City of Boston in the State of Massachusetts the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto them the said Maximilian D. Berlitz
& Emile Dubois all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit: Lots Numbers three (3) and (4) four in Block
Three (3) Range (4) four in Ropers addition to the town of
Gainesville lying & being in Section four (4) Township (10) Ten
South Range (20) Twenty East according to the maps of the Survey
of the said Roper's addition to the said Town of Gainesville
on record in the Clerk's office of said County & State known
as the "Miaskoski Place" containing by estimation two (2) acres
of land more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
any wise appertaining To Have and Hold the same unto them
the said Maximillian D. Berlitz & Emile Dubois and to their heirs
