executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute
And I the said B.S. Foster (Bachelor) do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said Maximilian D. Berlitz & Emile Dubois that I am
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the
same is free form all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I
will and my heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto them the said Maximilian D.
Berlitz & Emile Dubois and to their heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness
Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this
31st day of May AD 1882

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I E.G.
Alachua County   } Younglove (Bachelor) of the aforesaid State and
County for and in consideration of the sum of Ten dollars to me
cash in hand paid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have bargained sold conveyed and forever quit claimed and by these
presents do bargain sell convey and forever quit claim unto Maximilian
D. Berlitz & Emile Dubois all of my right title interest and claim at
law or in equity of in or to that certain piece parcel or tract of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida particularly described as follows to wit Lots numbers three (3)
and (4) four in Block Three (3) Range (4) four in Ropers Addition
to the Town of Gainesville lying & being in Section four (4)
Township 10 Range 20 East according to map of survey of said
Ropers addition to Gainesville on record in Clerks office of said
County & State Together with all and singular the Tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
