                   "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that I William
Alachua County   } S. Pardue of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars to him in hand paid
by James L. Townsend of the County of Alachua and State of Florida the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and
do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said James
L. Townsend his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever the
following described lot or parcel of land situate lying and being in the
- of - County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit The North
East 1/4 of the South West 1/4 of Section (17) Seventeen in Township Ten
South of Range Twenty Two East containing Thirty Nine 94/100 acres
To Have and to Hold the above granted bargained and described
premises together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
to the said James L. Townsend his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple absolute forever and the said William S. Pardue
for himself and for his heirs executors administrators and assigns do
covenant and agree to and with the said James L. Townsend that he
will and his heirs executors administrators and assigns shall forever warrant
and defend the title to the above described premises against all and every
person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same. In Witness Whereof I
