thence North Eighty five (85) degrees East Ten (10) chains thence North
five (5°) degrees West Ten (10)chains thence South Eighty five (85) degrees
west Ten (10) chains thence South five (5) degrees East Ten (10) chains
to the point of beginning. Containing by estimation Ten (10) acres
more or less also the following described property to wit Lot
number Four (4) as designated upon a map or plat of the "D.L.
Clinch Grant" drawn by P.H. Young and recorded on the 19th of
July AD 1880 in Deed book "L" at page 804 of the public records
of said County of Alachua said lot containing by estimation
Seven and a quarter (7 1/4) acres of land more or less also the following
described lot tract or parcel of land lying and being situated 
also in the aforesaid State and County described as follows
to wit; Beginning at a point which is located Twenty (25) chains
North five (5) degrees west and running thence North Eighty
(85) five degrees East Ten (10) chains thence North Five (5)
degrees west Five (5) chains thence South Eighty five (85) West Ten
10 chains Thence south five (5) degrees East Five (5) chains
to the point of beginning containing by estimation five (5) acres
more or less To have and To Hold the same unto the said
W.A. Colclough his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple
