Z.M. Sanders To Joel R. Durham
"Deed"
This Indenture made the tenth day of September one thousand eight
hundred and eighty one between Zadock M. Sanders of the State of
Florida and County of Alachua of the first part and Joel R. Durham
of said County of the second part Witnesseth That the said parties of
the first part in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred Dollars to
them duly paid have bargained and sold and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey to the said party of the second part
and to his heirs and assigns forever all that Tract or lot of land
situate lying and being in said County of Alachua and described
as follows to wit The North West Quarter of the North East Quarter
of section (16) Sixteen Township (10) Ten South of Range (22) Twenty
Two East containing forty acres more or less with the appurtenances
and all the estate right title and interest of the said party of the first
part therein and the said Zadock M. Sanders do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns that at the time of making this conveyance they were the
lawful owners of the premises above granted and were seized of a
good and indefeasible estate of inheritance therein and that
they are free and clear of inchoate dower rights and of all
incumbrances whatsoever and that no one else has any lawful
right or title to said premises or any part thereof and the above granted
premises in the quiet and peaceful possession of the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns against every person whomsoever
will Warrant and forever defend. In Witness Whereof the said party
of the first part has hereunto set their hands and seals the day and
year first above written
