      Wm A. Colclough et al To W.S. Land
                                 Deed
State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into this 19th day of
Alachua County   } June AD 1882 between Col Wm A. Colclough (widower) Mrs
O.C. Colclough in her own right and Chas A. Colclough her husband
who joins in this deed for the purpose of ratifying and confirming the act
of his said wife - of the first part and W.S. Land of the second part
all of the aforesaid State and County Witnesseth: That the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred
and fifty dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold and conveyed sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second part
all that certain lot tact piece or parcel of land lying and being situate
in the State and County aforesaid particularly described as follows to wit:
Beginning at a stake which is located North five degrees West Fifteen
(15) chains from the North East corner of the "Thos Napier Grant" and running
thence North Eighty five (85°) degrees East Ten (10) chains; Thence North five
(5°) degrees West Ten (10) chains thence South Eighty five (85°) degrees west
Ten (10) thence South five (5°) degrees East Ten (10) chains to the point of
beginning containing by estimation Ten (10) acres of land more or less
To Have and to Hold unto the said party of the second part
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever in
fee simple absolute and the said parties of the first part do hereby
covenant and agree with the said party of the second part that they are
lawfully seized in fee of the said premises that they have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the said that the same property is
free from all encumbrances and that they will and their heirs
executors and administrators shall forever warrant and defend
the same to the said party of the second part and to his heirs
executors administrators assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same. In testimony whereof the said parties of the
first part have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals
the day and year first above written

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this 19th day of June
AD 1882 before me personally came Mrs O.C. Colclough wife of
Chas A. Colclough one of the grantors in the foregoing deed of conveyance
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before
me that she signed and sealed the said deed of conveyance
for the purpose of conveying away all right title and interest in and
to the land in said deed described whither as separate property
