   Rafaila L. Wilson To Samuel B. Hubbard
                   "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into on this 13th day of September
AD 1872 between Rafaila S. Wilson and her husband Lemuel Wilson
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the 
first part and Samuel B. Hubbard of the City of Jacksonville
State of Florida of the second part Witnesseth, That the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two
hundred dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of aforesaid known and described in
the United States Land office as the South half of lot No four
and the North West quarter of the South West quarter of Section
Twenty four in Township Eight South of Range Nineteen East
containing Eighty acres more or less together with all the
rights priviledges improvements and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to Hold
the same unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever in fee simple. And the said parties of the first
part for themselves their heirs executors and administrators with
the said party of the second part his heirs executors administrators
and assigns against them the same parties of the first part
and all persons claiming by through or under them the said
bargained premises shall and will warrant and forever defend
