do hereby covenant and agree to and with the aforesaid Leonard G.
Dennis that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed; and that we have good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same that the same is free from all encum=
brances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto him the said Leonard G. Dennis and to
his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the
lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In witness whereof

"Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this the 29th day of June
AD 1882 between Clara J. Evans and Charles P. Evans her husband of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida parties of the
first part and Mrs Margaret P. Howard party of the second part
witnesses that the parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of two hundred dollars to them in hand paid the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey to
the party of the second part all that certain tract or parcel of
land lying and situate near or adjoining the Eastern side of
the Town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida and described from a map or plat of Doig & Robertsons
addition to said Town of Gainesville drawn by Jos Voyle and
recorded on the 19th day of June AD 1882 in Deed Book "N" at
page 486 of the public Records in the office of the Clerk of the
