Circuit Court of said County as follows to wit: Beginning at a point which
is located four hundred and five feet (405) East of and from the South East
corner of "Alachua Avenue" and "State Street" as laid down on said map or plat
and running thence South five hundred and twenty four (524) feet thence West
one hundred and Sixty Six & one fourth (166 1/4) feet thence North five hundred
and twenty four (524) feet to the line of Alachua Avenue thence on hundred
and sixty six and one fourth (166 1/4)feet to the point of beginning containing
by estimation two acres the same being a portion of the lots heretofore
conveyed by James Doig & Wm H. Robertson to the said Clara J. Evans: To Have
and to hold to the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns with
all the rights and privileges thereto in any wise appertaining and the
title to the said premises hereby conveyed the parties of the first part to the
party of the second part her heirs and assigns shall and will forever warrant
and defend by these presents this warrant being against not only said parties of
the first part but their heirs executors &c. In testimony whereof the
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and affixed
their seals the day and year before written

stated; and I further certify that the said Mrs Clara J. Evans having
been by me first examined privately and separately and apart from
her said husband acknowledged to me that she had executed the
said deed freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said said husband.
