State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into by and between
Alachua County   } A.P. Pearce and Bryant Pearce her husband and
Julia E. Burton as heirs at Law of Muncreef Bruton deceased of the
aforesaid County & State parties of the first part and H.C. Gibbons
of the same place party of the second part witnesseth; That the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Three Hundred & Twenty one Dollars to them cash in hand paid at
and before the sealing and delivery of these presents have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and do by these presents
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and do by these presents
grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto him the said party
of the second part and to his heirs and assigns all those
lots tracts or parcels of land situate lying and being in the County
