whatsoever in and to the Dower interest in said lands now held
by Eliza A. Gibbons wife of H.C. Gibbons or to which we may
become entitled at any future time Hereby transferring &
conveying to said party of the second part all of our future
contingent Estate therein to which we may become entitled
by law or other wise. To Have and to hold unto said party of the
second part & to his heirs executors administrators and assigns the
above granted property forever in fee simple absolute and the
said parties of the first part for themselves and their heirs executors
and administrators shall and will warrant and forever defend the
title to said property to the said party of the second part
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the lawful claims or demands of all and Every person whomsoever
In witness whereof the said parties of the first part and
each of them have hereunto set their hands & seals this the 5th day of

that they and each of them signed sealed and delivered the
above & foregoing Deed in the manner & for the purposes therein
expressed & set forth

Alachua County   } me Mrs A.P. Pearce wife of Bryant Pearce who
after an examination by me first held separate & apart from her
said husband acknowledged that she did execute the above
deed in the manner & for the purposes therein expressed jointly
with her husband freely voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband and that the property therein conveyed was her
