       Moses F. Davis To Franklin J. Rivers
                      "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this twenty second day of July
Alachua County   } AD eighteen hundred and Seventy eight Between
Moses F. Davis & Frances M. Davis his wife of the aforesaid State and
County parties of the first part & Franklin J. Rivers of Clay County and
the State of Florida party of the second part Witnesseth that the afore
said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Four Hundred and fifty Dollars to them in hand paid the recet
whereof is hereby duly acknowledged hath bargained sold and 
conveyed and by these presents doth bargain sell and convey all of
that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the aforesaid
State and County viz East 1/2 of North East 1/4 of section (14) fourteen
in Township (7) Seven South in Range (18) Eighteen East containing
(80) Eighty acres more or less to have and to hold unto the said 
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever together with
all and singular of appurtenances hereditaments thereto belonging or in
anywise appertaining; and the aforesaid parties of the first part by
these presents doth warrant and defend the title of the above granted
premises against themselves or either of them and against their heirs
or either of their heirs and against the claims of all persons whomso=
ever and unto the said party of the second part to his heirs and
assigns forever. In witness Whereof they have hereunto set their
hands and seals the day and year first above written
