and his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or lot of land
situate lying and being in the town of Gainesville Alachua County
State of Florida which said tract or lot of land is known and
distinguished in the plan of said Town as the South half of
lot number two (2) as laid down on M.A. Williams map of Brush's
extension of the Town of Gainesville State of Florida. The East and
West lines thereof being each Two Hundred feet (200 ft) in
length and the North and south lines thereof being respectively
one Hundred and Ninety two feet (192) and one hundred and
ninety five feet (195) in length Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or
in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate
right title interest in and to said property possession claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the
first part of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances. To Have and to Hold the above granted
bargained and described premises with the appurtenances unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to
his own proper use benefit and behoof forever. And the said
Leonard V. Bunker and Seth H. Bunker for themselves and their
heirs the above described and hereby granted and released premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns against the said parties
of the first part and their heirs and against all and every person
or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same
shall and will warrant and by these presents forever defend

Ware County      } Be it remembered that on this the Twenty Six (26)
day of June AD 1882 before me a Notary Public within and for said
County and State personally appeared Mr Leonora V. Bunker who is
personally known to me to be the identical person whose name is
affixed to the foregoing Deed as grantor and she acknowledged the
same to be her voluntary act and deed and the said Leonora V.
Bunker having been made acquainted with the contents hereof
and the nature of the above instrument having been duly explained
to her and having been examined by me separate and apart from -
husband acknowledged that she signed and executed the said deed
freely and voluntarily and without compulsion and that she does
not desire to retract the same. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set
