assessments and incumbrances of what nature and kind soever
And the said party of the first part for himself and his heirs the above
described and hereby granted and released premises and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second party heirs
and assigns against the said party of the first part and his heirs and
against all and every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or
to claim the same shall and will warrant and by these presents

                            "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into this the 8th day of 
Alachua County   } Jany AD 1882 between Margaret R. Shuford and William
T. Shuford of the first part and George C. Arnow of the second part
witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of fifty dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey to George
C. Arnow his heirs and assigns in fee simple all that lot tract
or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and described as follows: Lot Seven (7) in
section Eight (8) Township Eleven (11) and Range Twenty Two (22)
containing thirty six (36) acres more or less. To have and to hold
the above granted premises with the appurtenances thereto belonging
to the said George C. Arnow his heirs and assigns in fee simple
