for said County personally appeared Mrs Elizabeth Bevill to me
well known to be the wife of Jno R. Bevill & who after being examined
by me Separate & apart from her said husband acknowledged that she
Signed & Sealed the foregoing renunciation for the purpose of
relinquishing all of her dower or right of dower in the property
conveyed in the foregoing deed & that she did so freely & voluntarily
& without any constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband.
     Taken & acknowledged before me this April 22d AD 1880

       Martha P. Perry to The Florida Southern Rail way Co
                       "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I
Alachua County   } Martha P. Perry (Widow) of the aforesaid State
and County for and in consideration of Five Dollars to me in hand
paid by the Corporation of the State of Florida The Florida Southern
Rail way Company the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell alien and convey unto the said Florida
Southern Railway Company all of those certain Blocks tracts plots
pieces or parcels of land Situated lying and being in Section Twenty
five (25) in Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty one (21) East
in Alachua County State of Florida and particularly known and
described upon and according to a map of record in the public
records of Alachua County Florida of the Railway Station or Town
Site called "Magnesia Spring" Situated on and on both sides of
the line of the Florida Southern Railway as being Blocks Two (2)
