 This Indenture made the 24th day of March in the Year of our Lord
one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Two Between Mary A. McCone
of Hawthorn Alachua County and State of Florida of the first part
and Levi Jones of said State and County of the second part
Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of one Thousand Dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to her in hand paid by the said party of the
Second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained
sold assigned conveyed and by these presents does grant bargain
sell assign convey transfer and make over unto the said party
of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all that
