nine acres acres of land more or less. Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and Hold the same unto
the said Logan H. Shuford and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple and absolute. And I the said Izabela
Jinkins do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Logan
H. Shuford that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed and that I have good and lawful right to sell and
convey the same that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto the said Logan H.
Shuford and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
