South according to C.A. Simmons Subdivision of the North
half of the North East quarter of section Thirty one Township Ten
(10) Range 22 S&E containing by estimation - acres of land more
or less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and hold the same unto her the said Mrs L.A. Thrasher
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
and absolute and be the said C.A. Simmons and M.M. Simmons
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Mrs L.A. Thrasher
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby conveyed; and that we have good and lawful right to
sell and convey the same that the same is free from all encum=
brances of any kind whatsoever and that we will and heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto her the said Mrs L.A. Thrasher and to her
heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whatsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof

Alachua County   } AD 1882 before me personally appeared Mrs
M.M. Simmons wife of C.A. Simmons the grantor in the
foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and
examined by me separate and apart from her said husband
says and  acknowledges before me that she did sign the
said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquish=
ing and announcing all of her right of Dower in and to the
land in said deed described and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
