lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Testimony

AD 1882 before me personally came Mrs O.C. Colclough the wife
of C.A. Colclough one of the grantors in the foregoing deed of
Conveyance who upon being duly questioned and examined by
me separate and apart from her said husband says and
acknowledges before me that she made herself a party to the
said deed for the purpose of conveying to the grantee therein
named all her separate property in the lands in said deed
described and conveyed and that she did the same freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her Said husband

         J.A. Marshall and Wife to A.H. Emerson
                             "Agreement"
State of Florida } This Agreement made and entered into this 18th day of
Alachua County   } March 1882 between J.A. Marshall and Mary Marshall
his wife of the one part and Abner H. Emerson of the other part witnesseth
That this agreement in its terms conditions and Stipulations is intended
to embrace the period beginning June 1st 1882 ending June 1st 1887
being five Years. The party of the second part to wit: Abner H. Emerson
