Lucius Montgomery To George C. Arnow
"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Lucius
Alachua County } Montgomery and L.J. Montgomery of the County
and State aforesaid in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to us
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey to George C. Arnow his heirs and assigns the
following described property in the Town of Micanopy County and
State aforesaid to wit: four acres of land in the North West quarter
of the South west quarter of Section 26 T11 R20 and in the North East
quarter of the south east quarter of section 27 T11 R20 bounded as
follows commencing at the south east corner of said lot running
thence North 8 chains and 21 links to the quarter section line
thence West along side line 4 chains and 87 links to a Stake
thence south 8 chains and 21 links to a pine stump thence East
to the point of beginning. To have and to hold the said bargained
premises to him the said George C. Arnow his heirs and assigns in
fee simple forever and we hereby covenant that we will and our
heirs executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same
to the said George C. Arnow his heirs and assign forever
against the lawful claims and demands of all persons
and for the consideration aforesaid and for divers good and
