A. Goodson and Wife To Hattie E. Hutchinson
                       "Deed"
This Indenture made the Sixth day of July in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and Eighty Two Between Alexander Goodson &
Celia Goodson his wife of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida parties of the first part and Hattie Elizabeth Hutchinson wife
of Benjamin Hutchinson of the same County & State party of the
second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of nine hundred dollars ($90000 Dollars)
lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents does grant bargain sell alien remise
release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part
and her heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot or parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida described
as follows: Twenty five acres taken from the East portion of the North
East Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section twenty four Town Nine
South of Range Twenty Two East the division line to be run North & South
through the Block & parrallel to the dividing lines of the Section as
laid down by the Government survey The said lot of Twenty five acres
to measure East & West two hundred & seventy five yards & a half &
North & South four hundred & forty yards & to contain twenty five acres
more or less. Together with all and singular the rights & priviledges
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate
right title interest dower and right of dower separate estate property
possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity
of the said parties of the first part of in and to the same and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances: To Have and To
Hold the above granted bargained and described premises with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns to their own proper use benefit and behoof forever.
And the said parties of the first part for them selves and
for their heirs executors and administrators do covenant promi=
se and agree to and with the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns that the said parties of the first
part are at the time of the sealing and delivery of these
presents lawfully seized in fee simple of a good absolute and
indefeasible estate of inheritance of and in all and singular
the above granted bargained and described premises with
the appurtenances there to and have good right full power and
lawful authority to grant bargain sell and convey the same
in manner and form aforesaid: And that the said party of
the second part her heirs and assigns shall and may at all
times hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy
