State of Florida  } On this day personally appeared before me Alex
County of Alachua } Goodson to me well known as the person described in and
who executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance and acknowledged that he executed
the same for the purpose therein expressed; Whereupon it is prayed that the
same may be recorded. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto affixed my

       John S. Livingston To Mrs Sarah Lancaster
                        "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made on this the Twenty third day of
Alachua County   } July AD 1881 Between John S. Livingston of Orange Springs
and County of Putnam party of the first part and Mrs Sarah Lancaster party
of the second part Witnesseth That for and in consideration of the sum of
Thirty two dollars and fifty cents in hand paid at and before the delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents doth so give
grant bargain sell and convey unto the party of the second part the
following described property or Land (To Wit) Three acres of land lying
and being situate in the NW corner of the Land of John S. Livingston
running East from said corner along north line of Section Twenty six
(26) Four hundred & Twenty feet to a Stake thence South Three hundred
and fifteen feet to a Stake corner thence West Four hundred and twenty
feet to a Stake on West boundary line of said land of John S. Livingston
thence North Three hundred and fifteen feet to point of beginning and
containing three acres of land more or less. To Have and To hold the
above granted premises with all and singular the appurtenances and
all the estate title and interest of the first part therein to the same
in anywise appertaining or belonging unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever and the said party
of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree with the party of the 
second part that at the time of the delivery of these presents the said party of
the first part is the lawful owner of the premises afore granted that they
will and his heirs executors  and administrators shall warrant and
defend the same in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party
of the second part her heirs executors and assigns forever In Witness
Whereof the said party of the first part hath hereunto set his hand and
affixed his seal on this Twenty third day of July AD 1881
