"Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into between L.L. Hill
Alachua County } and L.E. Hill his wife of the aforesaid County & State
parties of the first part and W.L. Finger of the same place party of the
second part witnesseth That the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($50000) to
them in hand paid by the party of the second part at and before the
sealing and delivery hereof the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold conveyed and quit-claimed and do by these presents
grant bargain sell convey and forever quit claim to him the said party
of the second part and to his heirs and assigns the following described
lands to wit: all those lots tracts or parcels of land situate lying & being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and known and
distinguished as follows to wit: one lot commencing at a Stake on the
section line sixty feet west of the center of the Florida R.R. Track
and about five (5) chains west of the sec cor: thence West Two
Hundred and sixty seven feet to a Stake thence South two Hundred
feet to a stake; thence East one hundred and forty feet to a stake
thence two hundred and thirty eight feet along the Rail Road limit
to the place of commencement containing one acre more or less all in
section (4) four Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) East also the South
East quarter of the North East quarter of Section Thirty Two (32) in
Township Eight (8) South of rang (21) Twenty one East containing (40)
Forty acres more or less Lot number Fourteen (14) in Leopold Klee's
Subdivision of Lot No (3) three and the fraction of Lot No 2 Nos 6 & 7
in Section 4 Township 9 Range 22 East as recoded in - said
Lot to commence at North West corner of Emelia Avenue and Hotel Street
thence 300 feet west to North corner of Rosa Avenue & Hotel Street
thence North 175 feet to point of Lot No 13; Thence 300 feet East forming
the dividing line between aforesaid lot No 13 and 14 thence 175 feet
south on Emelia Avenue to point of beginning containing one and a
quarter of an acre in area more or less. and lots numbers one (1) four
(4) and five (5) saving & excepting (10) acres off of the S East corner
of said Lot (5) five in section (6) six Township nine (9) South of range
(21) Twenty one East containing one hundred and ten acres more or less
Together with all and singular the rights tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have
and to hold the above granted and described property unto him the said
party of the second part and to his heirs executors administrators and
