   Robt B. Hunter To R.B. Smith and Thos McCone
                  "Lease"
State of Florida } This agreement entered into between Robt B.
Alachua County   } Hunter party of the first part and Rus B. Smith
and Thos McCone parties of the second part Witnesseth that the
party of the first part for and in consideration of two hundred
dolls in hand paid have leased for the term of two years from
the first of January 1882 all that land lying and being in the
west half of Section 22 township 11 South of Range 21 East and
known as the R.B. Hunter Place. The said land is to be under
the control of the said parties of the second part or their agent
or anyone whomsoever they may rent hire or lease the said lands
to for the term of two years and the party of the first part
binds himself and his heirs to protect the said parties of 
the second part in peaceable possession of said term of years
Signed sealed and delivered in presence of us as witnesses this 15th day of
