      John Darby to C.D. Furman and J.M. Smith
                  "Quit Claim deed"
This Indenture made this twenty Eighth day of February in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty one between John Darby of the County
of Bradford and State of Florida party of the first part and Charles D. Furman and
Jeremiah M. Smith of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the
second part Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of one dollar in hand paid by the said party of the second 
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the said party of the
second part forever released and discharged therefrom have remised released
conveyed and quit claim unto the said party of the second part their heirs
and assigns forever all right title interest claim and demand which the
Said party of the first part have in and to the following described lot
piece or parcel of land to wit: Commencing at a point forty two (42) rods
West of the North East Corner of section Thirteen (13) Township Nine (9) South
Range Twenty (20) East and Ten (10) rods South and the West side of the
Gainesville and Fairbanks Road From said point Ten (10) rods West parallel
with the section line thence South Thirty two (32) rods thence East Ten
(10) rods to the Road thence North on the West side of said Road Thirty two
(32) rods to the said point begun at containing two (2) acres
To have and to hold the same in trust for a burying ground for the
Precinct Known as Fairbanks in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida to be free as burying ground to and for such families or persons
who contribute toward clearing fencing and keeping in repair the same
and not to be free to or controlled by any who refuse or neglect to help
defray the expence of putting and keeping in order the same together
with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges there unto belong=
ing or in any wise appertaining and all the estate right title interest
and claim whatsoever of the said party of the first part either in
law or equity to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said
party of the second part their heirs and assigns forever as prescribed
and directed above. In Witness Whereof the said party of the first
part hereunto set his hand and seal the day and Year first above
written

State of Florida } Twentieth of June 1882 Before me personally came Wm B.
Alachua County   } Thwaite who being duly sworn says that he saw
John Darby sign seal and deliver the foregoing Deed for the uses and
purposes therein claimed and expressed and that W.H.G. Sanders together
with me signed the same as subscribing witnesses thereto
