hundred and eighty four (284) and Two Hundred and Eighty five (285) of
Chancery order book lettered "B". of the public records of Alachua County
Florida and whereas said decree is a lien generally of and upon the
property of the said Martha P. Perry the defendant therein and
whereas I am desirous of releasing and relieving the property hereinafter
specified and particularly described from under the lien of said
Judgment and decree as well also as from under the lien or liens 
of any and all other encumbrances of any kind whatsoever that
may be owned and held by me and which may not upon or over
said property hereinafter described = Therefore know all men by
these presents that I the said William Edwards for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to me paid by the
the said Martha P. Perry on this day the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge have released and forever quit claimed and do hereby
release and forever quit claim unto her the said Martha P. Perry all
claims and liens and rights that I may have at law or in Equity of
in or to or over the following described tracts or parcels of lands
situated lying and being in Alachua County State of Florida to wit:
The west half of section No Twenty four (24) and the North half of the
North East quarter of the said Section No Twenty four (24) the same
being in Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty one (21) East containing
Four hundred acres of land more or less. Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and To Hold the said
lands above described to her the said Martha P. Perry and to her
heirs and assigns forever free and clear of the lien of the
Judgment and decree aforesaid and free and clear of and from
any and all other lien or liens of any and all kinds whatsoever
that I may hold or have upon or over said lands above described
and the Judgment and decree aforesaid and all other lien or liens
that I may have or own at law or in Equity upon or over the lands
herein before particularly described and set forth be and they are
hereby declared to be forever released cancelled and discharged in
so far as they may affect or be a lien or liens upon the lands
herein particularly set forth and described - But it is hereby
expressly stipulated that the said judgment and decree and any
other lien or liens that I may have or own or hold against the
said Martha P. Perry are not in any manner to be affected by
this instrument except to release or relieve the lands herein
particularly described from the lien of said Judgment and decree
and the other lien or liens that I may have or own. In witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this
2nd day of February AD 1882
