parallellograms or strips of land inclusive of the road bed of
said Railway measuring and being one Hundred and thirty two and
five tenths (132 5/100) feet in width provided and this last named franchise
and easements is made upon the express condition that the public be
ever allowed free and unobstructed ingress egress except by the
necessary road beds tracks switches buildings locomotives trains and cars
dirt timber and whatever else may be necessary and essential to the
full free convenient and perfect enjoyment by the said company
and its successors and assigns of the said right of way franchise and
easement hereby granted Together with all and singular the tenements 
hereditaments and appurtenances to the said premises belonging or in 
anywise incident or appertaining To have and to Hold all and
singular the said premises rights privileges franchises and easements
before mentioned unto the said Florida Southern Railway Company and
to its successors and assigns in fee simple absolute forever.
In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
our Seals this 21st day of June AD 1882

it may concern that Mrs Mary W. Evins wife of the within named
William D. Evins did this day appear before me and upon being
privately and separately examined by me apart from her said
Husband did acknowledge and declare before me that she did
execute sign seal and deliver the foregoing Deed of conveyance unto
the Florida Southern Railway Company for the purpose or releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her interest and Estate
and also all of her right and claim to Dower of in and to all and singular
the premises described in the said forgoing Deed
