Saml J. Burnett Trustee to Edward Johnson
                        "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this January 16th 1882 between Sam J. Burnett
Alachua County   } of the State & County aforesaid Trustee of the Children of
Thos W. Lewis and legatees of W.W. Lewis dec'd late of said County of the
first part and Edward Johnson of the same State and County of the
Second part: Witnesseth that the said party of the first part by virtue
of the power and authority to him given in and by an order given by
his Honor Jas B. Dawkins Judge of the 5th Judicial Circuit of the State of
Florida which order is of file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for said County and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred
Dollars lawful money of the United States to him in hand paid at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained and sold & by these
presents does grant bargain and sell unto the said party of the second part
his heirs executors and administrators all those certain pieces or parcels of
land lying and being in said State & County and known and described as
the North West quarter of the South East quarter and the South East quarter
of the South East qr of Section Eleven (11) Township Ten (10) South Range
Twenty (20) East To Have and to hold all and singular the above
mentioned and described premises together with the appurtenances unto
the said party of the second part his heirs administrators and assigns
forever And the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant and
agree with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever

Thomas N. Gardner signed the same as subscribing witnesses thereto
