James K. Lewis To Edward Johnson
                 "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this Jany 16th 1882 between James
Alachua County   } K. Lewis bachelor of the County of Sumter & State
aforesaid of the first part and Edward Johnson of the County of
Alachua & State of Florida of the second part Witnesseth that for and
in consideration of the sum of Sixty Six 66/100 dollars to him duly paid
by the said party of the second part at and before the sealing & delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby
give grant bargain sell & quit claim unto the said party of the second
part all my right title & interest in and to the North West quarter and
the South East Quarter of SE1/4 of Sec 11 Township 10 South Range
20 East Situated in said County to have and to hold the above
granted and described premises unto the said party of the second part
his heirs executors & administrators forever in fee simple.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this Jany
16th 1882

together with T.N. Gardner signed the same as subscribing witnesses
thereto

State of Florida } This Indenture made this Thirteenth day of July
Alachua County   } AD 1882 between John J. Hardenbergh of said State
and County partie of the first part and James H. Black of Hastings
of the County of - State of Michigan of the second part. Witnesseth
That for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to
the parties of the first part paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second part his
