heirs and assigns in fee simple all of that certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being in Alachua County in said State and described as follows
to wit: The westerly half of the following tract Beginning Twenty six rods
East of the South West corner of Section Twenty nine Township
Ten Range Twenty Two Running North Eighty (80) Rods Thence East
Forty (40) Rods Thence South Eighty (80) Rods Thence west Forty (40)
Rods to Starting point Intending to convey hereby the Westerly
half of the tract of land conveyed to me by E. Heidt on
the second day of January AD 1882 by deed recorded in deed
book "N" at pages 221 & 222 of the records of said Alachua
County To have and to hold the above described land to the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns together with
the rights members and appurtenances thereunto being belonging or
in any manner appertaining And the said parties of the first
part or themselves their heirs executors administrators and assigns
the title to the above bargained sold and conveyed premises
will forever warrant and defend against all legal claims and
demands. In testimony whereof we have hereunto set our
