receive of and from Josiah T. Walls or his Attorney all sums of mo-
ney that may be found due, or belonging to me said Isaac Saunders
from Josiah T. Walls, on a certain mortgage recorded in Clerks
office in said Gainesville, dated April 1st 1877 for 3,929.16 here-
by giving and granting to my said Attorney all power in the
premises, and to take and to use all due means and process in
law, and receipt thereof in my name make seal and execute
due acquittances and discharges, and for the premises to appear
for and me said Isaac Saunders, to represent before all offices
and ministers of the law, and there in my behalf to answer and defend
unto every thing relating to the premises, with power to employ counsel,
and generally to do all matters and things relating to the premises
the same as I the said Isaac Saunders, ought and might person-
ally, although the matter should require more special authority than
is herein comprised and I the said Isaac Saunders ratifying all
my said Attorney shall lawfully do in the premises by virtue of
these presents.
