          County  } Know all men by these presents that
B.S. Foster of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
for and in consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred
and Fifty (750) Dollars to him in hand paid by W.B. Cecil
of the County of        and State of Kentucky the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained
and sold, and do by these presents grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said W.B. Cecil his heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, forever, the following described
Lot, tract, or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
in the Town of Gainesville County of Alachua and State
of Florida to wit: Lots nine (9) and ten (10) and Lots eleven
(11) and twelve (12), in Block four (4) Range two (2) in Ropers
addition to the Town of Gainesville, as by reference to the
map and plat of said Ropers addition on record in said
Book I page 550 of the public records of Alachua County
Florida will more fully appear - All in Section Four (4)
Township ten (10) S Range twenty (20) E
  To have and to hold, the above granted, bargained and descri
-bed, premises, together with all singular tenements, heredit-
aments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any-
wise appertaining to the said W.B. Cecil his heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute forever
And the said B.S. Foster for himself and for his heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns, does covenant and
agree to and with the said W.B. Cecil, that he will and
his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, shall for-
ever warrant and defend the title to the above described
premises against all and every person whomsoever lawfully
claiming the same.
           In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal on this the twenty sixth day of January
AD 1881.
