I acknowledge to have been paid by him to Hon J.C. Gardner
Judge of Probate, do hereby alien and convey the above described
premises unto him the said E.D. Barnett and to his heirs,
executors and administrators in fee simple absolute and
forever, To Have and To Hold the same together with its appurtenan-
-ces and privileges free from the claims and demands of
all persons, so far as I as said commissioner by virtue of
the orders and proceedings above referred to and the laws of
the sale can or ought to alien and convey and deliver

foregoing Deed of conveyance to E.D. Barnett for the
uses and purposes and with the intention therein expressed
