     County of Alachua } This Indenture made the 8th
     day of March AD 1882 between James A. Simonton and
     his wife Sarah A. Simonton of the aforesaid State and
     County of Marion as parties of the first part and E.
     D. Barnett of the State aforesaid and County of Alachua as
     party of the second part Witnesseth, That the said
     parties of the first part for and in consideration of
     the sum of ($160.00) One Hundred and sixty Dollars
     lawful money of the United States of America to
     them in hand paid by the said party of the second 
     part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
     presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
     have granted, bargained, sold aliened released conveyed and
     confirmed, and by these presents do grant sell, alien,
     release, convey and confirm unto the said party,
     of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
     forever all of the following described lands, to wit:
     The North East (1/4) quarter of the South East (1/4) quarter
     and the South East (1/4) quarter of the South East (1/4)
     of Section (23) Twenty Three, Township (10) Ten
     Range (17) Seventeen East, containing in all about
     Eighty acres more or less, according to United States
     Government surveys, Together with all and singular
     the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there-
     unto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the rents
     issues and profits thereof also all the estate right title
     interest property possession claim and demands
     whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said
     parties of the first part of in and to the above des-
                and every part and
     cribed premises^parcel thereof with the appurtenances
     To Have and to Hold all and singular the above des-
     cribed premises together with the appurtenances unto
     the said party of the second part and his heirs and
     assigns forever, In witness whereof the said parties
     of the first part have hereunto set their hand and
     seal the day and year first above written
