             "- Articles of Agreement -"
  Articles of Agreement made and entered into this twenty first
day of October AD eighteen hundred and eighty one, Between
W.O. Tison of the County of Bradford and State of Florida, party
of the first part and J.C. Brown of the same County and State
party of the second part, Witnesseth, that whereas the said
party of the first part is seized and possessed of a certain
Lot and parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, and situated near the City of Gainesville
in said County and described on the Map of Survey as
follows, the West 1/2 of South West 1/4 of Section six (6) in Town-
-ship Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20) containing Eighty (80)
acres, And I the said party of the first part having a
desire to improve said land, as a part thereof by planting
out a Sweet Orange grove, and Vineyard, And the said
party of the second part having proposed to me to undertake
the said enterprise. The following agreement is hereby made
and entered into, The said party of the first part hereby
agrees to and with the said party of the second part, to Lease to
him the said party of the second part so much of said lands
to wit: The West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the South West 1/4 Section six (6)
Township (10) Range (20) Commencing in the South west corner
running (3) acres East, and thence North, and this agreement
is upon these express conditions, that the party of the second 
part, enters at once upon said lands, and clear the same
and put it in a proper state of cultivation, for the planting
out of said Orange Grove, Nurseries, and Vineyard, with
suitable fencing, And that he fence the lands with the
Timber that he takes off of the lands, using no other Timber,
and that the said party of the second part after having
taken off all the Timber and used all the Timber necessary
for the fencing of the same and all other purposes required
