of Stephen S. Polk aforesaid who being examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband acknowledged
before me that she renounced and relinquished all her
Dower and right of Dower in and to the lands described
in the foregoing deed of conveyance and that she did
the same freely and voluntary, and without any constraint
or apprehension and fear of or from her said husband

County of Alachua } This Indenture made the 18th day
of November in the year one thousand eight hundred and
eighty one, between Wesley Hines of the State and County
aforesaid, and Susan his wife parties of the first part
and James Benyfeild of the aforesaid County and State
party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of 
the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars in lawful
money of the United States or its equivalent to them in
hand paid by the party of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presets the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released
and quit claim unto the said unto the said party of the
second part and to his heirs and assigns forever, All that
certain piece or parcel of land lying and being situated 
in the County of Alachua State of Florida, known and
described as follows to wit: North West quarter of North
East quarter and South West quarter and the North East
quarter of Section (17) Seventeen, and the North East quarter
of the North West quarter and the South East quarter of the
North West quarter of Section (17) Seventeen all being and lying
